Who We Are
Tanner Mullen, the founder and CEO of DripJobs, started his journey running Premium Painting — a residential painting business he built to over $1.5 million in annual revenue. While running it, he spent countless hours juggling multiple tools trying to follow up with leads, find customer data, and send quotes. He couldn't find a CRM built for how contractors actually work, so he decided to build one himself.
With no coding background, Tanner invested most of his savings into outsourcing the initial development. After a full year of development, the first version of DripJobs was born. But without a technical cofounder, Tanner was in a vulnerable position. He made the critical decision to part ways with the original development firm in order to move the company forward, and set out to find a technical partner who could take real ownership of the product.
That's when he met Jason Warford on Reddit. Jason's work ethic and technical ability stood out immediately, and he came on board as CTO — reviving the company after a rocky start. Since then, Tanner and Jason have continued to strengthen their partnership, iterating on and scaling DripJobs to thousands of business owners across the US and Canada.
